The terms of the journey.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pathfolio mobile app and related services. By creating an account or using Pathfolio, you agree to them.
Effective April 16, 2026
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Pathfolio. You confirm that information you provide is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that you will keep your account credentials secure.
Your Account
You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission. You may delete your account at any time from Profile › Delete Account.
Acceptable Use
Do not misrepresent your identity, credentials, or work history; harass, defraud, or harm others; scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service; or upload malicious content or material that infringes another person’s rights.
Job Listings
Listings are aggregated from third-party sources. Pathfolio does not employ candidates, guarantee that a role is available, or control employer communications and hiring decisions. Confirm important details directly with the employer before sharing sensitive information or accepting an offer.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload, including CVs and messages. You grant Pathfolio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.
AI Features
Features such as the Interview Coach generate output automatically. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Use your own judgment before relying on it for important decisions.
Subscriptions and Payments
Pathfolio Pro may be offered as an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. Pricing and billing periods are shown before purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by the applicable store’s terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated or use of the service risks harm to users, employers, or Pathfolio. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers
Pathfolio is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any particular employment outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathfolio and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will update this page and its effective date and provide additional notice where required.
